“Compact Geoelectrical Water and Cavity Detector up to 100m Deep”
Geoelectrical Water & Cavity Detector
Like its big brother, the GeoSeeker, the OKM GeoSeeker Mini utilizes a geoelectrical measurement procedure based on Schlumberger. It is a highly effective water and cavity detector that determines soil resistance down to a maximum depth of 100 meters (328 ft).
Based on the apparent resistivity of the ground, the GeoSeeker Mini is capable of detecting underground water resources such as fresh water, drinking water, water-bearing gravel, and the groundwater level. Conversely, because groundwater has excellent conductivity, very poor conductivity is an indicator of hidden cavities like caves, tunnels, chambers, and underground rooms.
This makes the geoelectrical detector GeoSeeker Mini a versatile dual-purpose tool, functioning simultaneously as a water finder and a cavity detector. Its intuitive touchscreen operation and multilingual, picture-based interface make it accessible for users worldwide, regardless of language or experience level.
Target Identification & Applications
- Water Detection (High Conductivity)
Detects fresh water, drinking water, underground watercourses, water veins, groundwater streams, headwaters, and water-bearing gravel. Ideal for dowsers, well builders, drilling companies, agriculture, and fruit growing. - Cavity Detection (Low Conductivity)
Locates caves, tunnels, galleries, manholes, chambers, sepulchers, tombs, bunkers, vaults, cellars, and hidden rooms. Useful for archaeologists, historians, treasure hunters, military services, and building contractors. - Intuitive 2D Visualization
Results are displayed as a representative 2D scan image. Colors indicate findings: Blue with water drops for water deposits, and Red with a tunnel symbol for detected cavities. - Simplified Operations
The touchscreen guides users with easy-to-understand graphics. You simply select the measurement depth and the number of scan points, then follow the on-screen instructions to place electrodes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How deep can the GeoSeeker Mini detect water or cavities?
A: Utilizing geoelectrical measurements, customers have successfully detected water and cavities down to depths of 100 meters (328 ft).
Q: How does it differentiate between water and a cavity?
A: It measures electrical resistivity. Water has excellent conductivity (low resistivity), displayed in blue. Cavities have poor conductivity (high resistivity), displayed in red.
Q: Do I need special software to analyze the results?
A: No, the GeoSeeker Mini features a built-in touchscreen that calculates and displays a representative 2D scan image directly on the device immediately after measurement.
Q: Is it difficult to operate?
A: Not at far. It is designed to be language-independent, utilizing simple pictures and pictograms to guide the user step-by-step through the process of placing electrodes and taking measurements.
