Q: What is the main difference between the ICON and ICON-X?
A: The ICON-X offers slightly more advanced tuning. It includes a 28 kHz mono frequency option (alongside the 4 and 14 kHz), 7 levels of reactivity instead of 5, and double the amount of customizable program slots (6 slots instead of 3).
Q: Is it suitable for beginners?
A: Absolutely. Despite the advanced FMF® technology inside, the interface is highly intuitive. You can simply turn the power on, choose a factory program, and start swinging with zero complex setup required.
Q: Can I use it in the water?
A: Yes, it is IP68 waterproof up to 5 meters, making it ideal for wet sand and shallow water. Note: For full diving use underwater, an optional Bone Conduction Headset (BH-02) is required to hear signals.
